For all of you who do not have Adobe Photoshop Elements, you will most likely be missing the "Wow! Chrome" style that I suggest you use in my Bling tutorial. Well, inorder to get that style, just click download and save this file under "Local Disk C: -> Program Files -> Adobe -> whatever version you have of photoshop here -> presets - styles" Restart photoshop and there you have it! Under the "styles" section of photoshop, there should be the "Wow! Chrome" styles.
