This tutorial works for most versions of photoshop, although CS3 seems to have some problems with the glass rendering part. Sorry that this image is so long. I put a lot of text to make sure that the person reading this can understand whats its saying (I'm really bad at explaining things). Well I hope you guys like this and I'd be happy to see what you came up with.
