This tutorial works for most versions of photoshop, although CS3 seems to have some problems with the glass rendering part.

Sorry that this image is so long. I put a lot of text to make sure that the person reading this can understand whats its saying (I'm really bad at explaining things). Well I hope you guys like this and I'd be happy to see what you came up with.

Time spent making this tutorial: 3 hours

Awesome! Adding pictures of the windows should really help, if it will work on Photoshop 2.0. (I don't care how old it is, I won't buy another one!)

I think it should work, but elements 2.0 has a different layout (if I remember correctly). But I think you can still do everything in the tutorial, but you'll have to search in different places for some things ^^;
